My research focuses on developing, assessing, and implementing patient-centered AI solutions that ease healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes. Using my expertise in NLP, machine learning, and biostatistics, I analyze the full patient journey to uncover insights from patient–doctor communication while contributing to AI governance and ethical policy development in healthcare.
